Master in Economics and Business Administration from NHH Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen

Career

Started in the finance department in Petoro in 2008 after a few years in Subsea 7 Norway. Then transitioned into a new role in the marketing department in Petoro from 2013 to 2019. Has also been an employee representative on Petoro’s board of directors from 2016 to 2018.

Organisation, Strategy and Digitalisation

The department handles the HR, communications and administrative support functions. The department is also responsible for the company’s strategy and analysis work. This work contributes to necessary insight as a foundation for how the entire organisation performs and solves problems, and it is a key tool in management and board decision processes.

The department also has responsibility for the company’s internal and external digitalisation work, as well as IT operations and data management. Petoro views digitalisation as one of the most important instruments for improved profitability in the SDFI portfolio and for efficient operation of the company.
