He emphasized how important this is in these times where the value and importance of a stable energy supply is greater than ever. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dvalin North was the largest discovery on the NCS in 2021. The POD submission is a clear example that discoveries close to existing infrastructure can quickly be developed into field developments. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The partners in Dvalin North will invest NOK 8 billion in the development of the discovery. This includes drilling three production wells from a single subsea framework, 10 km north of the existing Dvalin field. Production from Dvalin is scheduled to start within the next few months. Start-up of Dvalin North is planned for the end of 2026.
