- The SHE index is a useful tool for raising awareness to continue to promote gender equality, says CEO of Petoro Kristin Kragseth, and adds that we received good input on how we can work systematically with gender equality to improve in this area. Inclusive is one of our values and Petoro has consciously put diversity, inclusion and gender equality on the agenda as part of our corporate governance. - We have become clearer and have set ourselves some specific goals, such as recruiting as many women as men into the company, says Kragseth. Petoro participated in the index for the second time.
The SHE index is a tool where a company can see its own development around gender equality and measure itself against others. The methodology rewards both results and measures that go in the right direction. The index should motivate for change through healthy competition, sharing of experience and learning. The consulting and auditing company EY processes data for the index.
