Petoro is a state-owned limited company that manages the State’s Direct Financial Interest (SDFI) on a commercial basis. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries is the company’s owner. The company had 79 employees at year-end 2025 and is headquartered in Stavanger.
